We are on the A816 about 7 miles north of Lochgilphead, opposite the Ballymeanoch Standing Stones
From Glasgow:
Head North along Loch Lomond (A82), then West towards Arrochar & Inverary following the A83 to Lochgilphead. At Lochgilphead take the A816 North towards Oban & Kilmartin. Dunchraigiag House is on the right about 7 miles after leaving Lochgilphead
From Oban:
Head South on the A816 about 30 miles. Dunchraigiag House is on the left about a mile after passing throgh Kilmartin.
By Public Transport:
We are on the 423 bus route which runs between Oban (serviced by a train station) and Ardrishaig. The buses run Monday to Saturday. Ask the driver for Dunchraigaig House - you will be dropped at the door. Pick up also from the door when you leave. Service run by West Coast Motors - timetable can be found on theur website.
Look out for the Ballymeanoch Stones - we are just a 'stones throw' away! (excuse the pun!)
Our thanks to A. Yaffy of Glasgow for this photograph of Dunchraigaig House
